How to Add Transitions

How to Add Transitions

‍Transitions are a key part of your outline. To add a transition to one of your main points, select “Add Transitions” from the right sidebar. You will then be prompted to either add your own transition or get suggestions from the software.

To add your own transition, type in the transition word under “Add New Transition.” Then select “Add.” Your transition word will now be available to drag and drop onto your main point.

To get suggestions from the software, select a category that relates to your main point. Once you select a category, related transition words will appear on the right sidebar. Choose one that you like and drag and drop it to your main point.

If at any point you need to edit your main points, you can click on “Create Your Main Points” at the top of the screen to go back. Once you are done with your transitions, press “Proceed to Add More Details” in the bottom right corner.
