Navigating Your Dashboard

‍The Dashboard (also known as idea matrix) is the heart of your account. From your Dashboard, you can add essays and create brainstorming boards for each essay. Choose from a variety of pre-loaded essay types or create your own.

Once you’ve chosen your essay type, you’re ready to start! Each of the pre-loaded essay types will start the matrix with 5 types of stories.

Click on the blue + button on the column that you want to add an idea to and follow the prompts to write down your ideas. You will also be asked to select what category this story goes into (personal, professional, or other), which will reflect in the color coding of the card. Once finished, save it to add it to your matrix.

Your dashboard also keeps track of your brainstorming progress in the top right corner, while keeping track of your other essays just below your progress tracker.
